1000 steps

Ok, Another milestone done today! I went to the 1000's steps and walked up the steep hill and then down the steps! Was a great workout. In 1 hour and 37 mins I burnt 850 calories. I went with my partner and a great friend. They were fantastic and let me stop along the way which I needed and then they motivated me to keep going. I have been sick (coughing and runny nose) so it was fantastic to get out there on a beautiful day like today!!!
